Colorado Motorcycle Tour Policies

By reserving your spot in one of our guided tours (the “Tour”), and payment of any deposit or Tour fees, you acknowledge and agree that you have read the following Terms and Conditions, and accept them as a binding contract between you and Beautiful View Rides, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (“BV Rides”). BV Rides will not accept any Tour participant without receiving a duly signed Tour Agreement and Liability Waiver (the “Tour Agreement”) from each Tour participant on or before the date of arrival.

For any reservation booked more than 60 days in advance of the arrival date for the Tour (the “Arrival Date”), a non-refundable deposit of 30% of all Tour fees and applicable charges (the “Tour Cost”) is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance of the Tour Cost must be paid in full 60 days before the Arrival Date (the “Balance Due Date”). For all reservations booked after the Balance Due Date, the entire Tour Cost must be paid at the time of booking. Payments may be made with a credit card or by electronic funds transfer. Wire instructions will be provided if needed. If you use a credit card, on the Balance Due Date, BV Rides will charge the remaining balance of the Tour Cost to the same card charged for the initial 30% deposit.
If you would like to pay the remaining balance of the Tour Cost earlier, or with a different payment method, please contact us prior to your tour arrival. By paying your deposit at checkout, you give BV Rides permission to charge your card(s) for the full remaining balance of the Tour Cost on the Balance Due Date. You also authorize BV Rides to re-initiate any charge to your card that is dishonored for any reason. If BV Rides does not receive the remaining balance of the Tour Cost prior to Balance Due Date, then BV Rides reserves the right to cancel your Tour reservation and charge the applicable cancellation fee.

Every Tour participant is required to accept and sign a Tour Agreement before the guided Tour begins. BV Rides cannot accept a Tour participant without a signed Tour Agreement – please contact us to request a copy of the Tour Agreement before arrival.
